What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
My dear teacher Shiloh posted on Facebook about Soul Art before the global vision quest. This is all right up my alley, so Ive been staying posted for new events. Today was an art day for me anyhow, so I enjoyed the focus and prompts offered here.
How would you describe your creative process?
HUm… I go into a meditative space and ask to be shown what to do.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I was asking about what I need to know in order to have better health and more energy. I was guide to painting a women outside in nature, attending to basic physical needs. I am still listening as I have yet to complete the painting ( i think she will be holding a bundle of wheat against her hip in the painting) but thus far I am hearing the need for more time outdoors, and more peace and enjoyment in the care of my body.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I wish to share my gratitude for Laura and Shiloh and all the other Ladies who contributed to today.
