What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I was inspired to do a Soul Art journey because I wished to tap into a deeper part of myself, just below the surface.
How would you describe your creative process?
Before I began my Soul Art journey, I centered myself by lighting a candle and doing several sun salutations. With more focus I began tracing my hands, sketching, flipping through magazines, intuitively arranging, cutting, and pasting.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The insight I received from this journey is becoming more aware of is near and dear to my heart, the areas I would like to work on, and what I would like to focus on.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
My experience with Soul Art taught me that I should continue to take the time to center myself before I began to dig deep and when I dig deep I should dig a little bit deeper.
