What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I just completed my thesis for an MA in Transpersonal Psychology, “Yoga & The Art of Living~ How Yoga & Art Entwine to Enliven the Soul.” This was a natural way to complete my process, a ritual of embodied awareness.
How would you describe your creative process?
A blend of contemplative and playful exploration of my intuitive heart.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The language of the soul thrives in space that is grounded and free…..a living paradox.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Soul Art is beauteous, connected to community, and passionate.
