What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I found out about the Soul Art the day before on Flora Bowley’s Facebook page and thought “This is it. This is what I’ve been waiting and searching for”. I did not hesitate and signed up straight away. I knew it was a sign, a gift from universe and I should follow.
How would you describe your creative process?
I loved the process, it was raw, authentic, intuitive, magical…I embraced it with all my heart and I’m grateful for the every single feeling that had come with it: joy, excitement, fear, impatience, doubt, pleasure, relief, hope – it all goes beyond words. It was an adventure, exploration and discovery.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Soul Art has helped my soul to open up, speak and actually be heard. It confirmed that I should listen to my intuition, forget the ego and follow my heart because I know what to do. Everything I need is in me, I am safe and protected (hence the bear protecting me) I just need to let go off the past (the sorrow in my heart), let my soul to be cleansed and healed. Allow to trust and love myself. I know how to dance to the energy flowing from my soul.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Everything what I said above and much more. My first Soul Art Day experience was truly amazing. It was like stepping onto the right path again, opening the right door. I love the concept and the sense of community, knowing that there are so many people all over the world creating their Soul Art at the same time was truly inspiring and empowering.
