What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Gaining deeper insight into myself though a creative process.
How would you describe your creative process?
I followed Laura’s “Your Soul Art Day Guided Ritual” step by step. After I went through the guide and filled out my stuff I gathered all kinds of materials from the loads of things I have collected over the years. Then I looked around for something to paint on and grabbed a board with a generic TJMaxx type design on it. I traced my body from the waist up and then my hands and feet. Then I started to create.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I described my current life experience as stuck. My Soul Art Intention was; Show me the alive version of myself CLEARLY. I am powerful.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
This was the first time I have done anything like this! I truly experienced a personal breakthrough and that is significant.
