What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I like the insights I get from creating art and then looking at it and evaluating it’s meaning for my life.

How would you describe your creative process?

I am trying to become fearless and playful with my art. I like to play with colors, materials and collage with a childlike joy. Then as I look at the art I usually find hidden meaning that supports my soul growth.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I drew body parts and collaged money and images that I then covered up. So only I know that they are there. This piece of art tells my story about wanting more time and money to travel and develop a new level of intimacy with my partner. Doing the exercises and painting brought this story to the top of my mind.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

This art is a reminder that I can create what I want in my life.
