International Soul Art Day Gallery

graphic designer from Sweden

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I saw the event on Facebook just the day before Soul Art Day and it felt som meant… I´ve been having a increasing urge to create and get something “out of me” for a long while and this was the perfect incitement. Also working as a graphic designer I create daily but more seldom from within. I just loved it – thank you 🙂
How would you describe your creative process?
The idea of this image hade been around in my mind, heart and dreams for a while. I meditated around it to see it more clearly and then took the day to let it grow on canvas. I used what material I had home and what was still working (at least 10 years old…) which turned out to be oil crayons and acrylic paint.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
That this is important and a part of me that I no longer want to ignore.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
To create for your self and soul a room and opportunities in life to express.
