What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I already participated in the Soul Art journey last year and it was such a healing and transformative process that helped me so much to get great insights of my true desires and who I really am. And it was so much fun!
So this year it was clear for me to join the Soul Art journey again! 🙂

How would you describe your creative process?

This year the creative process was quite a challenge for me as I felt a bit blocked. I wanted a great new artwork at first. But once I just let myself drift away with my colored pencils no matter what the result would be… my Soul Art appeared quite automatically and easy.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

Just enjoy the moment with all of your senses. Get our of your head and thoughts and what others expect and think of you. And get into your body and your feelings. The key of all what you are seeking for is already in yourself! You are the creator of your reality. Be in peace with yourself and with the moment! Feel the energy of your dreams and desires, feel it already with all of your senses and feel it in your body! And then follow your inner impulses and act on them, with focus, structure and with reckless abandon! <3

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

If I am in peace with myself and the moment, surrender and let the creative process of life happen everything falls into place automatically!
