“I allow the how” – I tap into the wisdom of feeling into the joy / the light / the love, to be love and to express that frequency outwards. from Canada

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I was pulled to it this year stronger than ever. It was an, “I have to take part.” I didn’t realize that it had been 3 years since my last soul art day. It always shows me what I need to know in this moment.
How would you describe your creative process?
I know that each piece is beyond my “knowledge”, it is all about tapping into the frequency of being authentic for me. The frequency of my truth. With each year I understand more and more that that is where the joy is, that is where the love is, that is where they full light is. With each piece I feel this tuning receiver and know that it is not about a good idea, but rather allowing the expression that wants out to flow out. In that place, it is ease and flow, like the rhythm of the ocean waves that draws, paints, writes and even expresses itself in the pixels.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The clarity on another level that the seed of our truth is always with us. From the beginning, and while it gets clouded over with knowledge during our schooling, growing up, work experiences, we feel it again as we peel away, heal away, the need to impress, or the need to do stay in a company doing what the boss wants, or the need to work on what others feels we should. The joy we are seeking comes from this place of connection within, and that transmission of our unique light is encoded with the same core as everyone. A core of L-O-V-E that is from the very fabric of this entire Universe. Only when we are broadcasting that love is the transmission true. Only in that truth, does another feel that light within them to be all the light and love that they are and on and on it goes.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Every time I do the Soul Art Experience, it is those 2 minutes of story flow, that is always the truth of the moment. The journey to get there, is always the most beautiful experience as the images, and words that come out as such high frequency. It is always a place of Love and the people that join in during the day are vibrating with that love so much as well, you just feel it. It is living one’s truth and I am grateful for Laura tapping into the discover the process and share it with the world.
