What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I have been wanting to join the Soul Art Day for years! Through my Soul Art journey I have put my art in the foreground . Soul art opened my heart to access my creative spirit which had been buried and trapped from years of abuse and destructive relationships. Soul art opened me up to a full year of painting ! So it was appropro that I set aside all else to participate in this years Soul Art Day!

How would you describe your creative process?

I love Laura’s preparation questions.. they really help me to focus on what’s happening in the moment that I want to transform. After coming up with my intention… I use music and tempora paint . This medium gives me childlike freedom to paint large paper.. and truly express myself as it flows freely .

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

My insight I revived from my art is Love is all around me. I rest in the warmth of the love I have to give others and receive the love that others give to me. Love , love , love…

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

Soul Art is a way to access what you truly want in your life. It’s magical and transformational !
