What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I’m a very creative and spiritual person and enjoy inspiring creative soulful and artistic activities, particularly community based ones where I can grow creatively and spiritually.
How would you describe your creative process?
I enjoy relaxing and letting my emotions and intuition free, unwind and guide me when creating.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I enjoyed the body mapping exercise and found it an interesting, different and liberating approach to take while creating. I also was very inspired by watching other artists create!
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I would like to try the body mapping exercise again and share with my friends and art groups. I’d like to get involved in the Facebook group and check out the other artists, their works and processes there!
