What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I made a promise to myself at the beginning of summer: I would say Yes! And do all of the art things that crossed my path. I have been needing to prioritize my own healing.
How would you describe your creative process?
Intuitive, full of my heart and hands. I glue and paint and scribble and I often have no idea what it will be with I’m done. And it releases my anxiety.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I can heal myself. Through release and art and magic, I am healing at the deepest level.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I made four canvases that work and flow together, as I am limited on space. it was my way of making something huge!
This was a meaningful, and enlightening, and beautiful experience! The connection that I felt with all of the other artists participating, while I was creating my artwork, was comforting and nurturing. The magic continues to glow through my piece and nurture my soul.
