What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
It’s so great to be part of the collective energy of a soul art day and be lead by Laura who always offers such great insights that help you dive deeper into your creative process.
How would you describe your creative process?
The intention setting and finding my key words have me a lot of clarity.
I chose the pose based on mythical greek goddess images I had collected, I meditated and pulled Oracle colour cards to arrive at the colour pallet and also connected to yoga goddess Laksmi whose colours are gold and pink, she is the goddess of abundance. I then finished with collage of butterflies and flowers to reflect my connection to abundance (the beauty of nature)
I kept things simple and uncluttered reflecting a feeling of spaciousness and freedom I was experiencing as I created
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
The insights were very emotional. I truly felt I embodied an abundant goddess as I was creating her. I am noticing I am walking differently, and I am smiling more. I have found an inner place of peace, spaciousness and confidence which is radiating from me. Truly a gift from the universe.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
The creative journey is magical, it takes you places deep down into your soul and you return transformed.
