What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
My soul and the colours in the International Soul Art journey.
How would you describe your creative process?
My process started days before with reading the Journal and preparing the day. On the day I went into the journaling, writing what came up…and finally started drawing the first picture…but found it too constructed…not what I really was aiming for…took out an oracle card and got the Spiral…went outside and made a big spiral with twigs on the ground. That really inspired me and I went inside and made the second drawing of a very colourfull spiral…still not what I was aiming for…so again energy and inspiration came up from deep inside…and called me to let go of everything and just draw from the soul…which was the path anyway…and so the final drawing came out on the paper.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Create from the inside out. Let my inner fire express itself through the colourfull dance of my creations.
Expand my artworks…like working with nature and Mother Earth…She really calls on co-creations. Start working with physical materials.
Surfe on the creative upflow and use the deep emotions in fueling the creative proces.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
I would like to share, that the Soul Art experience really worked, even beyond my greatest expectation. My joy and proces was so nourshing and fulfilling, that it spilled over into other parts of my life and spread to other people.
