What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I have been so blown away with using art in a therapeutic way, and so amazed by how powerful and cathartic it can be. The thought of doing it at the same time with hundreds of people around the world was so exciting and just couldn’t be missed! This is my first time, but it won’t be the last.
How would you describe your creative process?
I just try not to think and just let go and see where my body takes me and what my heart tries to tell me…I try to keep the ‘mind’ out of the way (letting go of logic and judgement if possible) and just get into a creative flow…
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It is such an amazing experience to do art with other soul artists…it’s like being in a sacred space together. I couldn’t really see anyone else but I could feel everyone and the warmth, energy and excitement of the shared journey…I’m definitely going to make sure I do this every year. Very special and unforgettable, and I’m grateful to everyone involved x
