What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Knowing the power of creating with intention along with the energy of others creating around the world.
How would you describe your creative process?
Slowing down to listen more deeply, opening to receive the inner knowing of life force-intuitive creative channel-higher self-universal spirit.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Healing is not about “fixing” a problem but rather aligning with the gift of the insight about what I really desire…in claiming “I desire EASE” I put my attention on the ease in my life and experienced the love and support that is already present in my life. This awareness put me at ease and I am less triggered by my physical pain and discomfort and more curious about how I can support myself with kindness and ease.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It’s what is underneath the thing where there is magic. This process is alchemy. I painted to get to the root of my lower back pain and within 24 hours my back spasmed (for the first time in months) and I was led into a series of healing experiences where I felt carried by the wings that had emerged in my soul art painting.
