What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

There is a huge change in my life again. I´m gonne be back teaching 5Rythms dance after some years.
And i wanted to create something that supports me to create with pleasure, soulful, creative, alive art and teachings from my heart.
And turn my suffering into art.
So Soul Art Day was the perfect moment for this.

How would you describe your creative process?

Surprising and lovely. I found a new friend who will guide me trough creating art and teaching dance. And soon as a Soul Art guide.
It took me 2 Days to finish it. But everything was there from the beginning. But Sometimes ist takes a while to let things come through – even if you already can see them coming.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I found a new friend who will guide me trough creating art and teaching dance. And soon as a Soul Art guide.
So much is about to be born and in the creative process the process of being born continues. And it is so valuable to be a shapeshifter and find new way to create again and again and again… with joy, full hearted, soulful for me and everybody who is touched to feel alive. I´m so happy for soulart mirroring me this..
And there are also patterns in it. Like energy comes in waves and we all inhabit patterns… Be playfull with them.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

Trust the Process and follow your intuition. And even if there are sometimes Blocks, never be ashamed to come back.. It took me some years to be back here again. And this medicine is still so strong.
