What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I was actively looking for ways to heal my heart, body and mind using art. When I heard there was an opportunity to create from a spiritual level with others across the world at the same time, I could not pass it up.

How would you describe your creative process?

I had a lot of fun. After working through the process in the journal and listening to Laura I was ready to get started. I had some ideas where to start and the energy and creativity just flowed right away. When I felt I had done what I wanted in one area I would have a new idea pop in my head. I never felt blocked. This piece was finished in one day. I believe the process was intuitively spiritual.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

From birth through death, we are always supported. All is opening up now that you can finally see as it was always intended.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

This experience was everything I had hoped it would be and more. It was my first time doing something like this on a global scale and the energy was palpable. My “I desire” statement was…… I desire the removal of all that is blocking me from being the best authentic self I can be for my sake and all that I love. Soul Art day gave me what I needed to be able to experience and create an authentic work of art from my soul in one day with no blocks. I plan to use this creative process again and again and can’t wait until next year’s Soul Art Day!
