When did you know you were an artist?

I knew I was an artist when I realized that art comes in many forms and the way I lived, the way I expressed myself as a person, and especially the way I embodied my business were all forms of my art. It really hit me when I realized that, as a New Earth Revolutionary Guide, I am here to express the aligned, authentic, unique, otherworldly Magic + Medicine of my business, and for that, there is no template I can follow. I am creating and channeling my work in the world and its expression as an art form… and part of that expression is communicating through colors, shapes, and patterns that become my visual art and guiding others through the discovery of their art and creativity as well.

How do you move through challenges that come up in your creative process?

The first thing I do when a challenge in my creative process comes up is to realize that it has a purpose, and I explore what that purpose might be and what that challenge is offering me. The majority of my visual art follows the Soul Art process and I have learned that when you begin a journey, you open up what I call a Portal of Transformation. For me, that portal will stay open (and my art will remain incomplete) for as long as I am moving through whatever the transformation is. When the transformation is complete, the challenge gets resolved and I will move on with my art. So, I don’t actually look at a challenge as a challenge any more. I look at it as a pause where internal work is happening that’s been triggered by my art, and I work with whatever is happening until it moves through.

Who is your art for?

My art is first and foremost for me. It is the way my soul communicates with me and shares information about my internal energies. It’s also the way I process, understand, and move through life challenges. And it’s an important part of my business that gives me a tool I can share with my clients and students to unlock them from their stuck spots and help them process their challenges. Secondly, my art is for my Frequency Match People. As someone who has no art training or technical skill whatsoever, sharing the art that I’m creating with my people both gives them permission and inspires them to use their innate creativity in their own life and work.
