How would you describe your creative process?

The creative process was flowing even while I started only with my intention without any concrete idea or concept.

Each stroke was healing and brought more colour and empowerment into my Life.

EXPRESS THYSELF!!!

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

It is another Level being creative with so many other Women while Laura is holding space than painting alone. Especially the guidance and intention settings are really helpful. I was extremely creative and artistic before I experienced abuse and trauma. My intention was to heal myself so the Soul Art Experience was my personal healing Journey. With each stroke I felt healing, empowerment and something shifting. It was amazing. Thank you dear Laura for holding space.
