What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Shiloh has been an influence on my art and my soul for several years now. I try to do anything of hers that is feasible at the time. You are ALL so inspiring.
How would you describe your creative process?
Sometimes my creative process begins with a dream or a message upon Awakening. It always involves some quiet, reflective time. Once i actually begin to paint, everything pretty much happens from a silent, mindless state.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
This was something entirely different for me. I used techniques I’d never used and the image is quite different from my usual. I just kept going – watching patterns, shapes, lines and values just merge together to create the whole. Suddenly it felt done – and the name popped in . this painting painted ItSelf – in honor of Soul Art!
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
This was a wonderful exercise in total surrender. i had no idea where this painting was going – and was willing for that to have a destination of the trash can. That allowed total freedom of expression.
