Sarah's Soul Art

What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I know how powerful and insightful an intuitive creative painting can be. And I wanted to be part of this soul art journey together with artists and creative beings from all over the world. Thank you so much Laura for bringing us all together and sharing this powerful process with us!

How would you describe your creative process?

I found my journey and the creative process really challenging as I discovered a lot of blockades during the process, like the pressure to “produce” something really great. It was like a really hard battle between my ego/ mind and my heart/ soul. It was like giving birth to my soul art – something what really wants to come out of my soul, but my ego is too scared of what might happen if I just go with the flow. I really got out of my comfort zone as I approached a totally different creative expression with combining acrylics AND COLLAGE what I normally don’t do. When I came to the end of the painting it got easier and it was fun to totally go wild with the colors! 🙂

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

The process of my soul art journey was very insightful and I got a lot of answers from my final soul art which I wouldn’t suspect. And still, I feel that my soul art will continue to communicate with my soul. If I look at it now I feel my own beauty of my soul which makes me a little bit sad as I didn’t recognize this in the past.

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

My soul art tells me that all I am seeking for in the outside world is already in myself. I have my own little paradise in my heart and my soul – my happy place where I can play and just be myself. <3
