What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?

I am experienced in healing through art both personally and professionally as an Art Therapist. I have an interest in Visionary Art and Shamanic Traditions of healing. I have had many experiences of art as a healing process through the sublimation of the emotional energies through thought, dreams and actions using the creative process process. Mindfulness and sacred intention turn art materials into spiritual instruments. I believe that the art process becomes a lense through which our intentional actions and sacred intentions can amplify our current state of being into an actively transformative process. I believe in an evolution of Humanity which is happening simultaneously with the Earth itself, it is peaceful, spiritual, synchronistic and unstoppable!

How would you describe your creative process?

Visionary thoughts and dreams become reality through mediation, prayer and automatic writing, drawing and painting. I am the conduit through which the universe flows to transmute spiritual messages from the Collective unconscious for the betterment of all Beings. I take informaiton in the form of visions and translate these into sketches and paintings using the process of Gouache on paper which is an early Vedic tradition of prayer dating back to 5,000 B.C. This process using intuition and prayer is based on Ancient Geometric symbolism is called Yantra. I bring to the process a modern touch with Jungian symbolism, mythology, dreams and self-guided meditation based on real experiences within the natural world.

What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?

I believe that the “Soul,” the “Higher Self” is the vehicle through which the artist can transcend the ego to become a greater instrument of peace and unlimited inspiration. An artist in tune with these energies can seek to heal all of Humanity through creative insight made manifest in art. This ability is unlimited after we have left behind the limitations of the “known” reality of the every day mundane experience and have realized the “True Self” (unlimited thought and experience connected to the energetic source of the Earth itself).

What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?

The “Human Potential Series” is becoming a Tarot Deck for accelerating the “Unfolding of Higher Consciousness in all Beings.” It is a new form of Divination that is tapped into the sources of all Esoteric Wisdom enhanced by our current information age and reaches into the secrets of the ancient past thorough art symbolism. This deck is rooted in the Shamanic traditions around the world from Bon, the earliest religion found in the Tibetan Plateau, to Native American Wisdom and is set to be released sometime in 2018.
