What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Just loved the concept! Laura’s beautiful video about Soul Art Day made my whole being so happy and excited; sharing worldwide, across boundaries of time and space a creative journey with so many people…that is like many many many drops in the ocean that will positively effect, benefit and heal the collective consciousness of this planet!
How would you describe your creative process?
Truly amazing. Magical. This was my first Soul Art Day ever. I had no clue what to expect. It’s such a beautiful process Laura guided us through. It took me on a journey, which started with lots of tears which even tasted different when I reflected on the questions to set my intention. Then it showed me my unbelievable critical mind when I saw my body traced on the canvas as a map of my failure in life. But carried by the energy of Soul Art Day : all those creative Souls ..I continued the adventure and ended the process singing and tears of happiness and joy. Feeling so grateful. The bodymap became beautiful gift, the lost key found back into myself again. It took me 4 days to finish the process. Day 4 was the first day after 2 years of living with depression I was just happy…just simply happy all day long!
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
*Trust Your Spirit* Feel the beauty inside you flowing. Everything is inside you. Financial abundance is created like you created this painting. Sit back, relax and follow the voice of your creative Soul. Heal in/ with nature. Focus on what you love to do in this way, it will be created…
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It was like a beautiful effortless mindfullness meditation, observing whatever came up in my mind and emotions while focusing on the voice of my creative Soul. I actually somehow sat back and didnt interfere, and that made the creative process so joyous. No frustration at all, no single moment! The energy of Soul Art Day…just like being lovingly carried by so many creative Spirits. Feeling the earth under my feet…
