What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I just returned home from a long while traveling. I was having a hard time arriving, fully arriving. When I hear about International Soul Art Day, I knew it was exactly what I needed to reconnect to myself.
How would you describe your creative process?
I am highly intuitive and communicating with the subtle energies and hidden wisdom in deeper realms, allowing them to communicate with me in an abstract and flowing rhythm.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
I learned about my hearts desires being real and not being able to push them away and intellectualize my way away from them. They are strong in my heart!
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
This soul art experience allowed me to reconnect to deeper aspects of myself that haven’t been in the spotlight long enough. They were able to be in the forefront, I was able to learn and accept more aspects of myself, and afterwords I felt more peace, self love, understanding, and ability to move forward.
