What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
I’ve participated before & I love the process of creating Soul Art. I have been on a healing journey through Art & truly believe everyone is Creative. Allowing ourselves to take the time for ourselves to create, play and create Art is such a gift! #Artheals
How would you describe your creative process?
My process of creating is very intuitive. I don’t usually have any plan when I start creating and allow my soul & heart to take over. I love using lots of layers, texture & Color. I haven’t used mixed media in a while & decided to use it in my Soul Art piece. I used my hands during the body mapping process and intuitively started cutting out images from my collection of Magazines & paper that I was called to.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
My Art has an enthusiasm for Life, Colorful, Vibrant, Happy Hands!!
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
Creating art is where I am the happiest. It is where I’m able to express myself and truly be in the present moment.
