What Inspired you to do a Soul Art journey?
Raising my family and teaching for many years has allowed me to nurture and inspire others. I decided that it was time for me to feed and inspire my own soul.
How would you describe your creative process?
My creative process involves capturing images with my camera and seeing them with an infrared spectrum in my mind.
What insight did you receive from your Soul Art?
Truthfully, I saw connection. It is amazing and beautiful that everything and everyone have a connection if we take the time to pause and notice.
What is the most important thing you would like to share about your Soul Art experience?
It is important to slow down and enjoy each moment. Beauty is everywhere if everyone would take time. And it is critical to do self care and feed your soul.
